Here's alittle bit of what to expect when booking a session with me.

First step:

When you reach out to me, we will discuss which occasion you'd like to book for. I take pictures of just about everything, so I'm very open! I love creating an idea of what you have, want, and need WITH you. We will confirm times and prices, and at that time you can also ask me about any concerns about your session. Some families have different needs and I have a wide range of experience for those, no matter what they are. I've been faced with many different situations in sessions and it's very rare I can't overcome a need.

Weather and Rescheduling is also a major concern for clients. What if's are things to be worried about when it comes to weather. When you book with me, your Non-refundable deposit of $25 goes towards your session total, if for whatever reason we need to move your appointment, your deposit is not "gone" it's simply going towards your session when we finalize another date. I completely understand that things come up, people get sick, weather rains us out, things happen. If I have a fever, I tell you right away, I hope the same from my clients. This is a major reason why deposits, are just a part of your session price. I dont want you to feel like you are punished for something out of your control. Booking fee can exceed your total session cost if we need to reschedule more than five times.

Locations to shoot

There are many different spots to shoot around the triad. I scout out free places in the area to shoot, some parks charge a fee of $25-$50 depending on the day of the week. If a park is requested for a session, that extra charge is on the client.

I can shoot indoors as well. I travel to client homes and set up in the living room or spare room with my backdrops and lights. There's an extra charge of $25 for this type of photo session. Any location outside of a 25 mile range from Greensboro, NC there is also an extra charge of $25.

What do I wear?

A very popular question from my clients! Typically, solids are best. Too many designs can be over powering. Wear something comfortable and appropriate for weather. What if I wear glasses?

Glasses are typically fine, the only styles I've had issues with are the transition ones. The style that become sunglasses in the day light. There are times this can be adjusted but sometimes it can't be lightened in post edit. I normally ask if you'd like photos taken with those glasses on and off, just to get both looks. Glares on normal style glasses can be fixed before we start shooting normally. I can't promise there wont be any glare. But I have ways to avoid most glare if not all.

Confirming your session.

Once we have decided on a time and date I will direct you over to "Sign up genius" a website that I use so clients can see and confirm the date I have down. It also allows you to pay the deposit to reserve your session. Once that is done, I receive an email confirmation for the sign up. Two days before your session you will get an email reminder. Once I see that you have confirmed and paid for your deposit, I'll send you information as far as what I will be driving so you can pick me out in a parking lot. 

There are times that I'll give my advice as to what times, situations or places I think would work best with different sessions. Times/dates may need to be discussed ahead of time to be added to the sign up page.
